Mr. Bell was a self-employed electrician in Pompano for 20 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Born in Atlantic City, he lived in Atlantic County for many years before moving to Florida 20 years ago.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy of Pleasantville; one sister, Judith of Pleasantville; and a companion, Rose Miller, with whom he lived.
