Henry arrived in Vietnam 19 December 1969, where he was assigned to the 360th Transportation Company, 262nd Quartermaster Battalion, Army Support Command, Cam Ranh Bay, 1st Logistical Command, USARV. Henry was in a military vehicle that was involved in an accident with another military vehicle. Henry did as a result of bodily injuries from the crash.
