Funeral services were held Tuesday in Adamson’s Sheridan Funeral Home for Robert Brown Alexander. Interment was in Willamette National Cemetery at Portland. Mr. Alexander died March 30.

Robert Alexander was born Jan. 18, 1908 in Oklahoma, son of Loren S. and Mabel Brown Alexander. He came to Portland with his parents as an infant in 1909. He received his education at Multnomah County. He was a veteran of World War II, receiving an honorable discharge in 1945 after serving in the European-African and Middle East theaters. He was a lumber worker most of his life, living in Bend, Grants Pass, Gresham and Sheridan.
