Father of Henry Methvin who ran with Bonnie and Clyde. It was Ivy's pulp wood truck that lawmen parked in the road hoping Bonnie and Clyde would slow down enough for them to put a stop to their running. There is controversy to how much Ivy participated in the ambush.
