He was a native of Kingston, Ohio, a retired electrical foreman at Detroit Steel Corp., and a member of Bigelow United Methodist Church, Detroit Steel Management Club, Izaak Walton League and Mound Park Croquet Club.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Dresbach Huffman. Survivors include five sons, Orin D., 907 Bertha Ave., Clyde, 1809 Robinson Ave., Reginald, 1652 Seventh Street, Milton, 1226 McConnell Ave., and Charles of Springfield, Ohio; two daughters, Miriam Huffman, 1829 Highland Ave., and Mrs Jack Rickman of Friendship, Ohio; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are to be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Windel-Howland Funeral Home with Rev. James Wolfe officiating. Interment is to be in Memorial Burial Park.
