Funeral services were held at the residence of C. Petross, being conducted by Elds. J.R. Loving and Jas. Dodson. Notwithstanding the inclemency of the weather a large number of citizens were present to pay a last tribute to the memory of the departed. The K. of P. Lodge attended in a body.
Mrs. Stump was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Petross of this city and was a good woman, admired and respected by all who knew her.
