Wife of George Adam Zieger.

Mother of Karl Pius, Emma Barbara, George Herman, Magdeline, Julius, Minna, Benjamin, Ignatz, and Albert Zieger.

Magdalepe Zieger, nee Nesselbusch, born in Germany, August 22, 1832. Coming to America, in St. Louis she met and married Geo. Zieger, and we believe most of their lives since have been spent in Pacific. In their home here last Sunday, March 1, 1903, she departed this life, at the age of 70 years, 6 months and 7 days. Since the death of her husband, about a year ago, the old lady has gradually declined in health and strength until the vital spark became extinct. To this devoted couple were born eleven children. The following are still living, all married but Albert, and all, with eighteen grand-children, attended the funeral here last Sunday: Mrs. Emma Hirth, Mrs. Lina Ueberrhein, Julius, Ignatz and Albert. After serviced at the Catholic church the remains were deposited in the Cartholic cemetery. May they rest in peace.
