Albert L. Burkhart of 115 26th Ave. died a 4:30 p.m. yesterday in Mercy Hospital where he was admitted Wednesday after falling down a flight of steps at home earlier. He was born in Altoona Feb. 15, 1880, a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Burkhart, and married Mary Jane McCracken, who died March 26, 1950.

Surviving are three sons, James A. of Altoona, Gilbert B. of Pittsburgh and Ralph E. of Hollidaysburg, 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. Willian J Oakley and Mrs John Longstreth of the city and Mrs Mary McKendree of Juniata Gap.

Arrangements by Laughlin Funeral Home. Visitation after 7 p.m. tomorrow.
