OBITUARY

The Elwood Call Leader Elwood, Indiana Thursday, January 30, 1919

WINIFRED BRIGHT DEAD

Leakage of the Heart Ended Life of Long Time Resident.

Winifred Bright, 67, a long time resident of this city, died at 1:30 o'clock this morning, at his home in South Q street, of leakage of the heart after an illness of long duration. For a number of years and until his age prevented further hard work he was an employee of the tinplate and is well known to the men who are engaged there and was well regarded by them.

Mr. Bright is survived by his widow and eight children, Mrs. Mary Smith, Mrs. Lydia Smith, Mrs. Clara Alderman, Mrs. Ellen Jones, Mrs. Caroline Schrock, and Sam, Ambrose and Oliver Bright.

The funeral services will be conducted at the South Elwood church Sunday morning at 10 o'clock by Rev. Polly Couch and the burial will be in the city cemetery.
