Mrs. Lucille Mosley Brooks, age 75, of 606 South Main Street in Davisboro died Sunday, March 14, 1999 at the Washington Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 16 in the Davisboro Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Glover, Richard Josey and Mike Jones officiating. Burial was in the Davisboro cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ronnie Jones, Ricky Warren, Bartley Mosley, Buddy Mosley, Randy Mosley, David Cobb, Danny Brown and Gary Cobb.
Mrs. Brooks was a native and life long resident of Washington County, the daughter of the late Bartley Mosley and the late Maybelle Fiscus Mosley. She was a retired store owner and operator and a member of the Davisboro Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet H. Dallas of Watkinsville; a granddaughter, Amy Dallas of Watkinsville; three sisters, Bernice Jones and Ethel Mosley both of Louisville, Ruth Warren of Milledgeville; a brother, Ralph Mosley of Davisboro; two step grandchildren, Heather Brooks and Cristy Brooks both of Milledgeville.
Lang's Chapel of Sandersville was in charge of arrangements.
