Funeral services for William Arch Jackson, 75 who died Sunday at his home in Modesto, Calif., will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the Klingner chapel with the Rev. D. H. Holland officiating. Burial will be in Eastlawn.
Mr. Jackson, a former resident of Springfield, moved to California about 10 years ago. A retired ironworker, he was a member of Mount Carmel Methodist church.
Surviving are a son, Walter G. Jackson of 1000 East Pacific; two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Riley of Bell, Calif., and Mrs. Verda Malchow of Los Angeles; three brothers, Albert of Rogersville, Jim of Nianguna and Loss of Colorado; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Atkinson of Marshfield; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
