Harley served in the United States Army in Vietnam as a military policeman and detective. He enjoyed reading and especially bowling.
Harley was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Judy; and a son, Timothy. He is survived by his sons: Todd Raska, Michael Boyd and Bill Boyd; brothers: Bob and Vernon Raska; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A Service of Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel. A viewing will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Chapel.
Private burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado.
