FLORENCE BURNETT COUCH
CARPET COMPANY WORKER, 78 Florence ``Daisy'' Marie Burnett Couch, 78, of Norristown, a retired carpet company employee, died Monday at Lancaster General Hospital while visiting her daughter in Lititz.
Mrs. Couch was a lifelong resident of Norristown and graduated from Norristown High School in 1936.
She was a cafeteria employee for the Norristown Area School District for 10 years. In 1980, she retired after 10 years as a clerical employee for Lees Carpet Co. in Valley Forge.
She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Norristown.
For 26 years she was married to Andrew L. Couch Sr., who died in 1971.
She is survived by children Andrew L. Jr. and Sandra Marie.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. John's Episcopal Church, 23 E. Airy St. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery , 200 S. Montgomery Ave., West Norriton.
