Daisy Belle Wauhop, passed away Friday, April 21, 2006 in Houston, Texas. She is survived by son John Wauhop and wife Olivia; grandchildren Jeannie Chadwick, John Wauhop III and wife Deidre, Deborah Wauhop Pool, Donna Rosas and husband Larry, Gaila Roberts and husband Jim; sister Freda Peppers; 10 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends from 5-9 p.m., Monday, April 24,2006 at the Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble, Texas. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 25,2006 at Rosewood Funeral Home Chapel, 2602 Old Humble Rd., Humble, Texas. Graveside services will be 2:00p.m. at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Ave., Houston, Texas.

She was the beloved daughter of John Edgar Lewis and Nora Bell Golden Lewis. She married John Wilson Wauhop in Little River, AR December 24, 1927. She was predeceased by sons Delbert and Donald.
