Robert G. "Frenchie" Latiolait, 76, died Thursday. He was born July 30, 1921, in Los Angeles. A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a retired building maintenance employee for the telephone industry, a member of Moose Lodge, American Legion and a 12-year resident of Las Vegas. He is survived by his son, Steven of Saugus, Calif.; daughter, Robin Strand of Minnesota; sisters, Millie Martello of Las Vegas and Diane Cordovous of Sun Valley, Calif.; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary-Eastern, where services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday followed with graveside services in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
