Frances Jane (Martin) Wiley was the youngest daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Hueston) Martin. She was the 1st wife of Rev. Bishop Isaac "Ike" William Wiley. They were married Mifflintown, Pennsylvania October 1846. Frances died at Fuh-Chau Mission. Rev. Wiley was elected Bishop in the Methodist Episcopal Church in 1872 - 18 years after the death of Frances. He died November 22, 1884.
