She was born 6/21/1921 in Perry Township, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Ansel Arl and Nancy 'Nannie ' Knotts Lemley.
She was a homemaker, member of the Claughton Chapel United Methodist Church and a former member of the church's Women's Society.
She is survived by a daughter Olivia Kay Lemley Haines, of Dilliner Pennsylvania; three grandchildren Lucinda Mathews, Charlotte Hitt and Jay Haines, Three Great-grandchildren Lacey J. Mathews, Savanna Hitt and Jordan Michael; a sister-in-law Ann Lou Lemley of Mount Morris and four nieces Mrs. Ron (Karen) Ruckle of Morgantown, Mrs. Bill (Carol) Koast and Betty Jo Chapman both of Mount Morris and Mrs. Allan (Kathy) Williams of Fairmont.
She is preceded in death by a brother Vaughn W. Lemley.
