Using a cemetery plot map, I was able to find the graves of DeWitt and his wife Jane, who are buried in the Lindley family plot. There are two indentations in the ground, filled with leaves. You can see them in the photo I added (brown area). It's really odd, though, in that it appears those indentations held stones at one time as they are the same size and rectangular in shape. Makes me wonder if there were stones and they were removed at some point? I didn't have a probe but the ground was soft under the leaves and I didn't find anything......and it seems illogical that both would have sunk that far under the soil. Maybe the soil was cut out in preparation for new stones but as of today, nothing is there
