Following Obituary from Beverly Sprowl Teibel:
Medina Co. Gazette - December 24, 1880 Mrs. H. P. Camp died at her home in Homerville, Dec. 17, 1880, aged 56 years. While spending a evening with a neighbor she was taken with a severe pain in her head, from which she never railed. After leaving her friends house she walked home, only a short distance, remarking to her little daughter that she was going to die, and only spoke a few words after reaching home, and died the next morning. Her funeral was very largely attended, and the services were conducted by Rev. Richards of West Salem. Her remains were interred in the cemetery at Lodi. She was a good citizen, and a kind neighbor, and will be sadly missed in this place. She leaves a husband, and adopted daughter, and many friends to mourn their loss.
