SPRINGFIELD - Floyd Junior Anderson "Gigolo," 45, of Springfield died Thursday, Feb. 5, 2009, at St. John's Hospital.

He was born Nov. 6, 1963, in Springfield, the son of Jesse and Jessie Anderson.

Floyd graduated from Springfield High School in 1983.

He is survived by his sons, Marco and Floyd II; daughters, Tashea, Tamara and Tashina; his mother, Jessie Mae Anderson; four sisters, Barbara, Gloria, Michelle and Pamela; a brother-in-law, Ron, all of Springfield; two brothers, Charles of Springfield and Melvin Goodman of Tennessee; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, at Lawrence Avenue Church of Christ, 1400 E. Lawrence Ave., with the Rev. Howard Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

James D. Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
