The deceased was born in Lukin township, Lawrence county on June 17, 1892 daughter of John A. and Mary Ellen Shick Provines. She was never married and was a retired employee of the International Shoe Co. in Olney. She is the last member of her family and leaves no relatives except nieces and nephews.
