Mr. Thomas Tucker died at his home eight miles west of town last Sunday. Mr. Tucker was in his eighty seventh year at the time of his death and had been a citizen of this county since its early settlement. He was the grandfather of our fellow townsmen Messrs. John M. and Joseph S. Tucker. Thus again another old landmark has passed away.
