Cleveland (Cleve) Sockey was born December 23, 1892, the son of Thomas F. Sockey and Francis D. Issac, who are buried in the Indian Cemetery in Le Flore County on Calvin Wiles Land, outside of Panama, Oklahoma. He married Anna Pearl Hood, born August 28, 1906 in Oklahoma, daughter of Simual Edward (Sim) Hood and Laura Pearl Tollette. Cleveland died in 1962 and Anna died January 11, 1988 in Oklahoma. Both are buried in Old Bokoshe Cemetery (double stone).
