Daughter of Arthur J. and Elizabeth Fern Williams Dutcher. She married William C. Elliott Jr. on Jan. 26, 1946, in McKeesport, Pa. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Timothy (Vici) Elliott; one daughter, Barbara A. (Stephen) Crow; five grandchildren, Matthew (Lorie) Crow, Wendi (Kelly) Shadwick, Nicholas (Brooke) Elliott, Andrew (Alicia) Elliott and Paul Elliott; two step grandchildren, Melissa (Dave) Garant and Jeff Duval; nine great-grandchildren; four step great-grandchildren; and one sister, Elizabeth Bernier.

She had served as an EMT for the Tremont Rescue Squad. She retired from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center as a surgical technician in 1987.
