This photo is the very first one taken when she was born after being cleaned up. She was so tiny, weighing in at 3 lbs and 3/4 ozs. She was born with out any sugar and was transferred to another hospital. She spent one week in the hospital and was released at 4 and 1/2 pounds. One week later we returned home to New Mexico and before our family doctor could admit her back into the hospital, she had passed away with SIDS.
Teshira gave us so much joy while with us. Her big sister loved her as much as any 2 and half year old could with open innocence, sharing everything with Teshira, right down to food and chewing gum. They really kept me on my toes, I never got far from either one.
Children are a very special gift from god and they need to be appreciated. You have whatever time allowed to us to raise them and watch them grow. Love them and know that they are your pride and joy because you only have one chance to do so.

To all who leave flowers or words, I want to thank you with my heart. They are truly appreciated. I try to let each and everyone know that I read your words or saw your flowers, sometimes I can't for a day or so, but know that you are thought of when I see them and I send a bless you each time.
