She was born in 1894 in Iowa to Martin Luther and Dottie Forest Pegram, the oldest of four children.
She graduated from high school in Indianola, Iowa, and went on to obtain a teaching certificate from Des Moines University. Mrs. Beldraine taught in Iowa schools for almost 30 years.
She married Michael Beldraine in 1941 and in 1947 the couple moved to Klamath Falls. Mrs. Beldraine worked for 10 summer fire seasons for the Klamath Forest Protective Association, five summers in the Hogback Lookout Tower and five summers as Associated Dispatcher in the headquarters office.
An active member of the First Christian Church for over 30 years, she was a faithful worker with the Women's Christian Service. Mrs. Beldraines was a member of the World War I Auxiliary, the Malin VFW Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. She was a devoted member and worker with the Klamath Falls Gospel Mission Ladies Auxiliary, her favorite charity.
Survivors include nieces, Mary Ann Brown, Denver, Colo., Jane Drenne, Canoga Park, Calif., and Paula sue Schima, Cedar Falls, Iowa; nephews, Martin Allison, Diamond Bar, Calif., and Kenneth Allison, Hereford, Ariz.; and a sister-in-law, Marion Pegram, Norwalk, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1956.
Interment will be in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, alongside her husband, who was a World War I veteran.
