Mrs.Edna Farris, wife of James Farris, died in the family home, 1461. N. Illinois street, Monday morning, July 8, aged 34 years. Her death was due to tuberculosis with which she had been ill for more than a year.
She leaves her husband and four children,Herman,Paul, Veta and Edna. Her brothers and sisters are, A. c. Bassler of Moweaqua, Mrs.W. M. Ivans of Columbus, Mich, Mrs. J.W. Stroh of Decatur, H. J. bassler of Plainfield and E. E. Bassler of Seattle, Wash.
Funeral services will be conducted in Boiling Springs church Wednesday morning at 10:30 and the burial will be in Boiling Springs cemetery.
