Eric Irwin Enneper

Eric Irwin Enneper age 82 passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesady Nov 29 2005 at Shady Lane Home in Manitowoc.
He was born Dec 6 1922 son of the late Emil and Minnie (Arnhoelter) Enneper. He graduated from Brillion High School, Brillion. He served with the US Navy and was a vertran of World War II. He was a member of the Ameraican Legion Post of Manitowoc. Eric enjoyed listening and playing Polka music and was a musician with Elroy Berkholtz Orchestra playing the tuba in his early years. Prior to his retirement he was a heavy equipment mechanic in Florida. Eric was a loving husband of 62 years a terrific father, father in law, grandpa and great grandpa. He and his wife were snow birds and enjoyed the warm sun of Florida in winter and the beautiful Door County Wisconsin North Woods in the summer up to his illiness in 1997. In 2000 they moved to Manitowoc due to illness.
Eric is survived by his loving and devoted wife Lucille (Romdenner 0 five children. Fric Thomas (----) Enneper Green Bay; Kathryn (late Kenneth) Johnson, Baileys Harbor, Eugene (Colleen) Enneper, Chilton. Lonnie (Carl) Siwinski, Calumet City, ILL; Laurie (David) Schwahn, Brillion 16 grandchildren 23 great grandchildren three sisters Viola Olsen, Ruthie (Merlin) Zahn, Lois (John) Davis; sisters in law Florence Enneper and Mary Jean Taylor bothers in law Joseph (Artis) Romdenne and Art Pohland and many wonderful neices and nephews. He was preceeded in death by brothers Walter, Eddie and Harold; sisters Alma Hansen , Helen Keller and Ruby Pohland.
Funeral services will be at 10 am on Saturday Dec 3 2005 at St Frances of Assisi Catholic Church Marshall Street Site, Manitowoc with the Rev David Hoffman officiating. Burial will be at the Knollwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 8:30 am on Saturday until the time of service.
