Dr. Howard E. Felton, the son of Hon. W. H. Felton and Mrs. Rebecca Latimer Felton was a citizen of Bartow County all his life. He loved his profession. He was commissioner of Health of Bartow County when he was suddenly called away by death. No one can fill his place with his grief-stricken family. He was loyal to the best interests of his state and nation. A member of M. E. Church South, Knights of Pythias and Junior Order of United American Mechanics.
Rest in Peace.
