YOTHER, LETTY PARKER, of Birmingham passed away Monday, October 20, 2008. She was a long-time member of Grace United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women, and most recently was a member of Irondale United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Calvin Yother; infant son, Robert Alan Yother parents, Allen and Thular Parker; sisters, Eloise Awalt and Beatrice Heaton; brothers, Edward T. Parker, William A Parker, J. Walter Parker, Jack L. Parker, and S. Leroy Parker. She is survived by her son, David C. Yother and wife Belinda of Vestavia Hills; daughter, Janet Yother of Inverness; granddaughters, Katie and Laura Yother of Vestavia Hills; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2008, at Elmwood Cemetery. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.
