Sudden Death of Rear Admiral Stanley
Rear Admiral Fabius Stanley died suddenly last evening of heart disease at his residence No. 1701 Rhode Island Avenue. He was on the retired list. He was in the service forty-nine years, having entered in 1831. His funeral will take place at half-past 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, from his residence. The remains will be interred in Oak Hill Cemetery. At the request of members of the family the funeral will be private.
