Rev. Mitchell B. Bull was a minister in the New York East Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. Ann (Eames) Bull was his 1st wife. They were married May 1799 and she died October 18, 1852. Eliza (Goodwin) Allen Bull was his 2nd wife. They were married April 17, 1854 and she died October 12, 1856. Ann (Smith) Bull was his 3rd wife. They were married February 16, 1857 and she died August 1, 1866.

"Rev. Mitchell B. Bull was born Waterford, Ireland January 30, 1778. He came to America in 1793. He was ordained Deacon in 1805 and Elder in 1807. After 8 years of riding circuits and preaching at fixed places, due to poor health he quit the ministry. He retired to a farm in New Jersey where he recovered sufficiently to purchase a dry goods business in Brooklyn where he became successful. When he died in 1857 he left the Methodist Episcopal Church $9000.00. The early records show that Rev. Bull and Rev. John Finnegan served the Saratoga County Circuit in 1804 and 1810."
