Private services were held on Saturday, May 10, 2003, at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. William B. Plank officiated with entombment at Knollwood Mausoleum, Manitowoc.
Edna was born Oct. 21, 1911, in the township of Gibson, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Adolph and Olga Zeman Soukup. She grew up and was educated in the township of Gibson. Edna married Ervin L. Baumann on Oct. 25, 1937, in Manitowoc. After 63 years of marriage, Ervin preceded her in death Dec. 2, 2000. Edna was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Manitowoc. She enjoyed traveling, fishing and camping in the outdoors with Ervin.
Survivors include two sisters and one brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ervin; brother-in-law, Michael Baumann; sisters-in-law, Mildred Baumann, Ida Flasch,
Esther Gulledge and Olive Anderson.
