Indian Campaigns Medal of Honor Recipient. His true name was Cornelius Donovan. He entered the US Army in New York, New York. He served as a Sergeant in Company E, 8th US Cavalry. He was awarded the CMOH for action at the Aqua Fria River, Arizona Territory on March 3, 1870. His citation reads "Gallantry in action."
