Mrs. George Lee passed away at her home in Belleville last Wednesday, April 14, 1915, at the age of 28 years and 4 days. Christena Ann Grossnickle was born in Boone County, Ia., April 9, 1887. She was married to George Lee, March 3, 1902 and to this union six children were born, two of them having died in infancy. Besides her husband she leaves four children to mourn her departure. The funeral services were held from the residence Friday afternoon, conducted by Rev. C.A. Anderson, pastor of the M.E. church, and the remains were laid to rest in the Mineral Ridge cemetery --- Stratford Courier
