WILLIAM WALLACE SNYDER, at one time a prominent lawyer of Manhattan, died yesterday at his home, 127 Elm Avenue, Mount Vernon, aged 67, He had been a member of the New York Bar Association for years, but had retired from active practice. He left a wife, five children, and a brother Col. Edward H Snyder New York.
