R. M. ASBURY
The funeral of R. M. Asbury, who died early Sunday morning at the St.Joseph's hospital where he was taken after being struck Friday night by an auto at the corner of Washington and Second streets, was held this afternoon
at 2:30 o'clock, at the First Christian church, the Rev. W. W. Reavis, pastor of the church officiating, assisted by the Rev. R.E. Day, pastor of the First Methodist church.
Brief private services were held at the home 129 Washington
street. Interment in Ottumwa Cemetery. The pall bearers were R.A. Mellis,Malery Tullis, A.P. Murphy,Summer
Siberell, James V. Curran, and W.W.
Wright.
