RING----John Ring, 366 Van Wagoner, age 49, died Tuesday, Feb 9, 1937, at Hurley Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb 12, 1937, from Groves & Co. Funeral Home, Rev. Bernard Westendorf officiating. Burial in Grace Lawn Cemetery. Remains will be at the residence until 11 a.m. Friday, then returned to Groves & Co. Funeral Home for services. He was born in [Dietel],Russia Nov. 8, 1887. Came to Flint in 1928 from Bay City.
Surviving are: wife, Mrs. Eva Ring; five daughters Mrs. Freda Lesser of Flint, Bertha; Lydia; Alma and Helen; all at home; two sons, Herman of Flint and Bennie [Benjamin] at home; one brother, Henry Ring of Washington. (Flint, MI, Feb 1937)
