Canton, IL - Maxine Danner, 85, of 151 Park Plaza Drive passed away at noon Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at Proctor Hospital in Peoria.
She was born on January 24, 1924 in Fulton County, the daughter of Clayton and Eva Mae Trone Tippey. She married Dayle Danner on Feb. 14, 1948, in Macomb. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Marsha (Brent) Micheli; one son, Marvin (Laura Sprout) Danner; one brother, Robert Tippey; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Willard Tippey.
She was a homemaker and also worked as a seamstress for Art Herink in Vermont repairing furniture.
Burial will be in Vermont Cemetery in Vermont, Ill.
