My grandmother Laura was also married to Arvilian Cormier. His son, Lionel Cormier, was a famous Cajun musician that was inducted in the Cajun Hall of Fame. Arvilian played the accordion & taught Lionel to play at a very early age.
Lionel is buried in Liberty Cemetery in Elton.
