Rev. Webb Wilford Ayres was the son of William E. and Ida May (Wilson) Ayres. He was the husband of Pearl (Murnan) Ayres. Pearl died November 28, 1975. Rev. Ayres was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church/The Methodist Church/United Methodist Church: L 1921 Genesee Conference 1924 F 1928. He was ordained Deacon October 14, 1928 by Bishop Dana Wright Leonard at Buffalo: Central Park Methodist Episcopal Church - ordained elder September 28, 1930 by Bishop Charles Edward Locke at Kenmore Methodist Episcopal Church. Rev. Ayres was withdrawn in 1947.
