Mr. Rose
TOWN CREEK -- Benjamin Albert Rose, 79, Rt. 2, Town Creek, died Wednesday at the residence.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Town Creek Church of Christ with Bernard Doss officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery, Town Creek, Elliott Funeral Home of Moulton directing.
He is survived by the widow, Geneva Terry Rose; four daughters, Mrs. Vivian Moats, Pinson, Ala., Mrs. Bertie Price, Decatur, Mrs. Dorothy Edney, Decatur, Mrs. Shirley Brackin, San Diego, Calif.; three sons, O'Neal Rose, Courtland, Ben A. Rose, Moulton, Grady Rose, Town Creek; a sister, Mrs. Elsie Terry, Trinity; three brothers, Harvey Rose, Hillsboro, Laymon Rose, Moulton, Ernest Rose, Paw Paw, Mich.; 28 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as bearers.
Mr. Rose was a member of the Courtland Church of Christ.
