Harry R. Foster, 66, died September 4, 2009, at his home in Hutchinson.

He was born December 26, 1942, in Sterling, Ks, the son of Arthur Ross and Doris Magoffin Foster.

He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Kansas State. Harry was a finance cost analyst at Boeing for 32 years, retiring in 1998. He was an avid golfer.

On June 23, 1973, he married Nancy "Jill" Jenkins in Advance, Mo. She survives.

Other survivors include: two sons, William Ross Foster and Terry Ray Foster, both of Kennewick, Wash.; and his mother, Doris Foster of Hutchinson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Ross Foster.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009, in Sterling Community Cemetery, with Chaplain Art Maddock presiding. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
