William & Mary Amanda (Wall) Bardsley had 6 children.

Received citizenship through his Civil War Service and a pension for that service. William Bardsley and his brother Simeon married the two eldest daughters of Henry N. Wall.

"BARDSLEY - On the 19th inst., William, eldest son of the late Robert and Rachael Bardsley,formerly of 105 Germantown avenue, in the 49th year of his age.
The relatives and friends of the family, also St. Paul's Lodge, No. 480, F. and A. M.; Palestine Chapter, No. 240, Mary Commandery, No. 46, K. T.; Cohocksink Tribe, No. 156, I. O. R. M.; E. D. Baker Post, No. 8, G. A. R.; Encampment No. 29, U. V. L.; Survivors Association, One hundred and fourteenth Regiment, P. V.; Kensington Lodge, No. 5, [K. B.?]; Cleomens Senate, No. 14, O. of S.; Jewelers League, Covenant Lodge, No. 2776, K. of H.; [Anti-Cobdeu?] Club, and other organizations of which he was a member, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, on Wednesday afternoon, at 3 o'clock, from his late residence, No. 2849 Germantown avenue. Services at the Seventh Street M. E. Church, at 4.30 P. M. Interment in the vault."
