Donald R. Berg, age 82, of Valders, died at his residence.

He was born in Manitowoc, son of the late Sigwart and Emma (Schultz) Berg. On May 10, 1952 he married the former Virginia Neumeyer at St. Gregory Catholic Church, St.Nazianz.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Berg of Valders; three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Randy Olm of Cedar Lake, Corinne and Jeff Joslin of Green Bay, Janet and Mark Hayman of West Salem; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Wayne and Susan Berg of Parker, CO, Dale and Charlene Berg of Whitelaw, Alan and Beverly Berg of Menomonee Falls, John Berg of Madison, AL; 13 grandchildren, Heather (Brian) Dunn, Ryan (Kasia) Olm, Lindsay Olm, Peter and Evin Berg, Eric and Matthew Berg, Jenna and Alanna Joslin, Katrina and Amanda Berg, Kimberly and Sarah Hayman; two great-grandsons, Hayden and Calvin Dunn; one sister, Marjorie (Wilson) and Patrick Kennedy, FL; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Adela Reinboldt of St. Nazianz, Gilbert and Lou Ann Neumeyer of Sheboygan, Bernice and Richard Klaeser of Kiel, Richard and Nancy Neumeyer of St. Nazianz, Jeanette Klauck of Kiel, James and Dorothy Neumeyer of St. Nazianz, Shirley and LeRoy Arndt of Kiel. Donald was also preceded in death by three brothers-in-law, Morris Wilson, John Klauck and Francis Reinboldt; one niece, Ann Neumeyer and one nephew, Gary Neumeyer.

Entombment held on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.
