Born in Gloversville May 14, 1902, she was the daughter of David & Eliza Gardiner Olmstead. She was a resident of the Gloversville-Johnstown area until her marriage to Mr. Thompson in 1930, following which she resided in Amsterdam.
She was a member of the Christian Science Mother Church, First Church of Christ Scientist, Boston, Mass.
Surviving besides her husband are one son, H. David Thompson, this city. One brother Clayton Olmstead, Johnstown RD, two stepbrothers James Adrian Houck and J. Whitman Houck, Johnstown. Also Neices, Nephews and cousins.
