Jeth, his wife Lola and daughter Violet are buried in a small section of the southwest area of Block 23, in unmarked graves. Cemetery office has confirmed there are only 3 stones in this part of the Block and that the Winchesters have no stones.

On the day that his wife and small daughter were buried, Jeth Winchester died of pneumonia, following influenza, at the city Isolation hospital. His death occurred at 8 o'clock last night. Winchester, his wife, and four children were taken to the Isolation hospital last Friday night. Mrs. Winchester and her small daughter, Lola, died Sunday. Mr. Winchester was formerly employed at the National Zinc company's smelter.
Surviving are six children. Double funeral services were held for Mrs. Winchester and daughter yesterday afternoon. Mother and child were buried side by side in Oak Ridge cemetery where the father also will be laid to rest.
