Mr. LeJeune died in Jennings American Legion Hospital. A native and life long resident of Evangeline , he was an employee of Riverside Irrigation and Acadia Parish Police Jury. He married Malena Crochet on November 21, 1923 in Acadia Parish.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Malena Crochet LeJeune of Evangeline; four sons Willard LeJeune of Jennings, Murray LeJeune of Groves, Texas and Donald LeJeune and Leward LeJeune of Evangeline; seven daughters, Mrs. J. D. ( Rena) Pousson and Mrs. Leon ( Joyce) Pousson both of Groves, Texas, Mrs. Lionel ( Isavern ) Kinney of Jasper, Texas, Mrs. Elroy ( Edna Pousson and Mrs. Frank ( Lenora) Gravot both of Iota, Mrs. Willie Glenda) Gros of Carlyses, and Mrs. Nolan ( Earline ) Ackoury of Jennings, 54 grandchildren and 59 great grandchildren.
