LEOMINSTER, Nov. 27--William A. Sykes, 70, died last night at his home, 218 West street. He was a native of Fitchburg and had been a resident of this city for the past 50 years.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Mary J. (Bradshaw) Sykes; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Chapman of Haverhill, Mrs. Jeannette Donahue of Windsor, Vt., and Mrs. Archie Adams of this city, and a son, Francis Sykes, USN.

Funeral services will be at the Richardson Snow funeral home tomorrow at 2. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery, Fitchburg. Calling hours at the funeral home are from 7 to 9 tonight.
