She was born February 1, 1912, in Logansport, IN, to George and Myrtle Copeland Frushour. Florence married Harold Elmo Sutton on February 15, 1933 in Lucerne, IN. Harold died on February 6, 1995.
Florence was a long time employee and former co-owner of the Fernbaugh Jewelry Store in Logansport, IN.
She attended Metea High School in Logansport. Florence was a member of the Star City United Methodist Church, Van Buren Home-Ec Club, Women's Club of Stuart, FL., the Star City Book Club and the Treasure Coast Coin Club in Fort Pierce, FL. Florence was an avid card player.
